Your order timeline
- 1 ยท Processing: 5โ7 business days. Your camera is checked and carefully packed.
- 2 ยท Shipping: 4โ6 business days. Free U.S. shipping with tracking emailed the moment it ships.
- ๐ Holiday gifts: order by December 5 for estimated delivery before Christmas.
Cancellations
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it after it arrives.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
- Cameras must be in like-new condition, in original packaging, with the neck strap and manual.
- Remove your memory card first. We can't return cards or recover photos from returned cameras.
- Email veylolifestyle@gmail.com for the return address before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by you.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Always on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll replace it or refund it free. Tip: if your camera won't turn on, give it a full charge with the included cable first.

- Lost or stolen in transit: reshipped free.
- Wrong style: one free style swap per camera, shipping covered both ways.
Add it in your cart before checkout. It can't be added after the order is placed.
Bundles
Returning part of a 2-pack or 3-pack? The refund for each returned camera reflects the bundle discount applied to your order.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
