Does it come with a memory card?
The Ready-to-Shoot Kit and the Bestie 2-Pack include a 32GB microSD card for each camera, so you can start shooting the day it arrives. The camera on its own doesn’t include one; it records to a microSD (TF) card and we recommend 32GB.
What’s in the box?
Your VeyloCam, a neck strap and an instruction manual. With the Ready-to-Shoot Kit you also get a 32GB microSD card.
How long does the battery last?
About 1–3 hours of continuous use per charge, depending on how much video you shoot and how bright the screen is.
How do I get my photos and videos onto my phone?
Pop the microSD card into a card reader for your phone or laptop and your files show up like any other folder. You can add a card reader to your order above.
Which model should I pick?
Flip is the tiniest, with a flip-up selfie screen. Classic has a rangefinder-style body. Flash has a mini-SLR look with a flash-top design. All three shoot photos and video with retro filters.
How long does shipping take? Will it arrive before Christmas?
Every order is processed in 5–7 business days, then arrives 4–6 business days after it ships, about 2–3 weeks in total. For estimated delivery before Christmas, order by December 5. Shipping is free across the U.S.
Can I return it?
Yes. Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, or start a return within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free.
